I will not be finishing this book. As I am estranged from my family, this book could be a helpful resource. Unfortunately, it was not written by a PhD or medical doctor, but rather by a book editor. That is concerning to me.
Also, I don't need validation from anyone, as I have worked this through with my therapist.
This book may work for others, but it wasn't for me.
